The text files, images, graphics, sounds, animation and all other information, presented in any form, graphic or otherwise, on CEIM’s portal, as well as the structure and layout of the site itself are protected by law under the copyright code and adjacent. It is expressly forbidden to make copies, reproduce and divulge, even partially, of text, photos, images, illustrations, and other site contents, no matter by what means, without CEIM’s express authorization, excepting only the right to quote, defined by the law.

CEIM reserves the right to initiate judicial procedures against the authors of any copy, reproduction, diffusion or unauthorized exploitation, whether for commercial purposes or not.

All business names, service names, images and commercial representations presented on CEIMs portal are protected by industrial property copyright laws, unless stated otherwise, with special applicableness to CEIM’s symbols and logos and those of the projects developed by CEIM. CEIM’s name and that of it’s projects protected as commercial makes, concepts and ideas, knowledge or techniques developed can be defined as protected business models.

None of the material or content on CEIM’s portal can be interpreted as permitting the use of CEIM’s industrial property rights to individual, entity or organism, making its use a usurpation of protected property.
